The title of the proposed ordinance is as follows: AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 150, SHORT-TERM RENTALS, OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF MIDDLE SMITHFIELD TOWNSHIP BY AMENDING THE RE-QUIREMENTS FOR SHORT-TERM RENTALS AND ADDING PROVISIONS REGARDING THE INSTALLATION AND USE OF A NOISE MONITOR ON THE PROPERTY.

HB2533 would create a public awareness campaign for 988, the suicide and crisis lifeline; current data shows only 25% of the public has awareness of this service.
