Pleasant Valley High School Building Code Board of Appeals Hearing

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CJER BUILDING CODE BOARD OF APPEALS The CJER Building Code Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, April 22, 2025 at 6:00 p.m. in the Chestnuthill Township Municipal Building, 271 Route 715, Brodheadsville, Pa 18322, for the purpose of hearing the appeal of the Pleasant Valley School District from the requirements of the International Building Code sections 506.2 and 508.4 with respect to allowable area. The project is the Pleasant Valley High School addition renovation with an address of 1671 US-209, Brodheadsville, Pa., 18322. This is a public hearing and any interested party is invited to attend. Copy of the Application to Appeal is available for inspection at the Chestnuthill Township office during regular business hours.
