There are more than 800 Short-term Rental Licenses issued in the township. STR is not allowed in Commercial or Industrial zoned areas. COOLBAUGH TOWNSHIP, MONROE COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU)— A Wednesday afternoon crash backed up traffic along Interstate 380 (I-380) in Monroe County.
The Monroe County Communications Center stated that a crash occurred Wednesday afternoon on I-380 Southbound near mile marker 6.
Officials confirmed there are injuries, but the severity and number of injuries are unknown.

According to District Attorney Mike Mancuso, Tatiana Divina Peterson, 39, of Tobyhanna, pulled alongside another car and fired multiple shots while both cars were in motion, hitting the victim in the forehead with one of the shots.

Pennsylvania State Police are accusing a woman of shooting a man in the face during a road rage incident on I-380 in Monroe County Tuesday morning.
The woman, 38, is charged with attempted homicide, aggravated assault, terrorist threats, propel missile into occupied dwelling, recklessly endangering another person, and reckless driving, according to a news release from state police.

On Tuesday at about 11:30 a.m., troopers were called to Interstate 380 Northbound near mile marker eight after a reported shooting during a road rage incident.
