Short Term Rental Information

 Short-term rentals in Paradise Township require a permit.  An inspection is required, occupancy limited to 2 persons per bedroom and sufficient parking off-street must be provided.  In early 2022 the township adopted a zoning district requirements, which will allow STR only in the Business Districts (B-1 and B-2) also known as Resort Development Districts, No STR in residential districts in Paradise Township
