The Borough of East Stroudsburg enacted a short term rental ordinance in 2021. The ordinance requires licensing and a list of requirements including the use of a private trash hauler. STROUDSBURG, MONROE COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU) — Plenty of Irish pride is on display on Sunday in the Poconos.
The Irish Thunder Pipes and Drums' from Montgomery County were among the participants in the 46th Annual Pocono Irish American Club Saint Patrick's Parade.
It took marchers and riders from Stroudsburg to East Stroudsburg.
The parade did not disappoint from those who participated in it to those who came out to watch it.
