EMPOWER, The Leadership Experience, presented by Geisinger, is the premier women’s leadership conference in northeastern Pennsylvania.
This is the largest business event and regional conference in northeastern Pennsylvania, nearly 900 attendees are expected at EMPOWER 2025.
The conference highlights the ability all women have to create positive change in their communities and in their own lives – both professionally and personally – while recognizing the extraordinary power that exists when women come together to support each other.
EMPOWER is a full day conference featuring two national keynote speakers, 45-50 regional breakout speakers and panelists that discuss topics such as leadership, personal and professional development, and other relevant themes. In addition, EMPOWER features specialty tracks like “EMPOWER Teen”, a program designed for students 16-18 years old enrolled in school. And “EMPOWER Wellness”, a program offering experiences specializing in mind, body and spirit. EMPOWER also has a vibrant Vendor Marketplace featuring local businesses offering a variety of products to sample and purchase.
