Wed, 03 Jul 2024 00:00:00 NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ROSS TOWNSHIP ZONING HEARING BOARD NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 18th day of July, 2024, at 6:30 p.m the Ross Township Zoning Hearing Board will hold a public hearing on the request of Anthony Gioino for three separate variances under the Ross Township Zoning Ordinance. Property is located at 1272 Sarah Street, Saylorsburg, Pennsylvania and bears tax map number 15/4/1/20-33. Properties are located in an R-2 Zone. Applicant seeks a dismissal from Zoning Ordinance Section 307(a) pertaining to minimum lot width and lot area requirements. Applicant also seeks variance from Zoning Ordinance Section 309(d) which requires a property owner to provide a reserve septic system location. Any interested party may examine the plans and applications for Applicant’s variance request during the regular business hours at the Ross Township Municipal building.
