ATTEMPT TO LOCATE- OLDER WARRANT
On 9/25/2019 at 3:55 p.m. Stroud Area Regional Police were dispatched to the Walmart in East Stroudsburg for a report of a retail theft. It was reported that loss prevention observed a male on video that had poured cheaper automotive fluid from one container into another container of more expensive fluid. Loss prevention made contact with the male and identified him as Kevin Degenaro. After further investigation it was found that Degenaro had 2 previous arrests for retail theft. The value of the automotive fluid was $11.95. Due to a medical issue, Degenaro was transported to a local hospital and unable to be processed. A warrant was later issued for Degenaro's arrest. He was arrested on the warrant on 12/26/2019, transported to MDJ Germano's office, where he was released on unsecured bail.
On 8/25/2020 A bench warrant was issued after Kevin James Degenaro failed to appear for court. Kevin also uses the name Kevin James De Gennaro.
