The sewage planning application was prepared as required by the PA Department of Environmental Protection. Sewage flows from Lot 2 will be conveyed to the existing wastewater treatment plant located on Lot 1, owned and operated by Brookdale Enterprises LLC. Brookdale Enterprises LLC is proposing a spa facility with employee housing building.
