On Saturday, April 12, 12 students from ESU’s College of Business and Management’s Residential College went to Coca-Cola Park for a Lehigh Valley IronPigs game. The IronPigs are the AAA affiliate of the Philadelphia Phillies. The group, accompanied by Jaedeock Lee, Ph.D., professor and chair of sport management and Yong Ju, Ph.D., assistant professor of hospitality, recreation, and tourism management, took a tour of the stadium and had the opportunity to learn about the business aspect of the IronPigs.
