Here at Quiet Valley Living Historical Farm in Stroudsburg, before the sun’s up, it’s served under oil lamps. “On the farm, everything was done by hand. Really, no machinery. If you needed a board to fix something, you had to go cut down a tree,” explained Robert Duryea, executive director at Quiet Valley Living Historical Farm.
