(WBRE/WYOU)— It’s Read Across America Week, and the team here at 28/22 News has already been getting in on the fun. The I-team's Andy Mehalshick stopped by Solomon Plains Elementary School to read to first grade students. He read a book about staying in bed late. Andy says the students in Mrs. Tona's class were very attentive and asked great questions. This was Andy's 21 year reading at the school. And down the hall from Andy in another Solomon/Plains classroom was PA live co-host Rachel Malak! She read to Mrs. Cunius's class. This is Rachel's 4th time reading this week.
