STROUD TOWNSHIP, MONROE COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU) — The Monroe County Control Center has confirmed there was a multi-vehicle crash on Interstate 80 on Monday. According to 511PA traffic was backed due to a multi-vehicle crash at 1:36 p.m. on I-80 as police were at the scene of the crash near Exit 302 B (Bartonsville).

East Stroudsburg University Announces Student Speakers for 2024 Commencement

ESU Student Commencement SpeakersEast Stroudsburg University will hold its commencement exercises on Friday, May 3 and Saturday, May 4 in Koehler Fieldhouse. The graduate commencement ceremony will take place Friday at 6:45 p.m. Irakli Kakauridze M’18 D.H.Sc.’24 will be the student commencement speaker. Undergraduate ceremonies will take place on Saturday. The ceremony awarding bachelor’s degrees from ESU’s College of Health Sciences and College of Business and Management will begin at 8:45 a.m. Lyndsay Floystad ’24 will be the student speaker. The ceremony awarding bachelor’s degrees from ESU’s College of Arts and Sciences and College of Education will begin at 1:45 p.m. Xzy-Naye Campbell ’24 will be the student speaker.
