Invitation to Bid The Borough of Stroudsburg will receive sealed bids at the Borough Building, 700 Sarah Street, Stroudsburg, PA 18360, until 5:00 pm prevailing time on April 1st, 2024, for trenchless repair/slip lining of the Stormwater Line on Ann Street in downtown Stroudsburg, between 5th and 8th Streets. A public bid opening will be held on Tuesday, April 2nd, at 7:00 pm, during the Borough’s regularly scheduled Council Meeting. Specifications and Bid Packet for the above items can be obtained at the Borough Office, at 700 Sarah Street, Stroudsburg, PA 18360, Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.
