On 11/29/2022 at 12:24 pm, the Stroud Area Regional Police Department was dispatched to the Home Depot in Stroud Township for a report of a retail theft. Honorio DEPAZRALDA AKA Honorio De Paz was detained by loss prevention for attempting to leave the store without paying for items he concealed and did not pay for. After reviewing security video, De Paz was taken into custody and transported to the Monroe County Correctional Facility for processing. Charges were filed and an arrest warrant was issued for De Paz's arrest.
