On 10/11/2023 at 9:21 am Stroud Area Regional Police took a report of an unauthorized use of a vehicle. The victim reported that her boyfriend Victor Dickison took her vehicle without her permission the night before and returned it in the morning with damage to it. Dickison at first denied taking the vehicle, but then admitted to using the car, but did not crash it. Charges were filed and a warrant was issued for Dickison's arrest.
