Fri, 13 Dec 2024 00:00:00 NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION Notice is hereby given to all persons interested or who may be affected by River Ranch Holding Co LLC, a Pennsylvania limited liability company (“Company”), that the members of said Company have filed a Certificate of Dissolution with the Department of State of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and are now engaged in winding up and settling the affairs of said Company so that its existence shall be ended by the filing of a Certificate of Termination with the Department of State of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania pursuant to the provisions of the Pennsylvania Limited Liability Company Act. It is hereby publicly requested that all persons with claims against said Company present them in accordance with this notice. Flames broke out late this morning at the old Glenwood inn located in Delaware Water Gap. The owners are devastated to see half of their hotel gone and tonight they do not know where to turn for help. A large section of Glenwood Inn and Conference Center on Main Street in Delaware Water Gap is now in shambles. "My heart is broken and my wife was crying all day," said owner of the Glenwood Inn and Conference Center, Chang Gong. The hotel is a total loss after flames swept through the site. Gong says the inn was brimming with business until the pandemic hit a few years ago. "We were here working so hard, and then all of a sudden it happened like this," stated Gong. Delaware Water Gap Fire Department was the leading fire crew on scene.
