As Coolbaugh Township DPW begins preparing for the winter weather that is in the forecast, we would like to remind residents that all Vehicles, Basketball Hoops/Nets and all other Equipment/Materials must be removed from the side of the roads and out of the Township Right of Ways. NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Jackson Township Board of Supervisors will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, December 10, 2024, beginning at 4:00 P.M., at the Jackson Township Municipal Building, 2162 Route 715, Reeders, Pennsylvania 18352. The purpose of the hearing is to consider Fall Spring Creek, LLC’s application for conditional use approval to construct a solar array on two parcels with a combined acreage of 54.79 acres in the R-1 zoning district. Applicant makes this conditional use request pursuant to § 27-401 (R-1 Residential District), § 27-1236 (Solar Power Generation, Commercial), and § 27-1405 (Issuance of Zoning Permits) of the Jackson Township Zoning Ordinance. Applicant is the equitable owner, and Vincent A. Piccone, Jr. and Colleen Piccone are the record owners, of the subject property, which is located behind 2425 Mountain Road, Jackson Township, Monroe County, PA, and is comprised of the following two parcels: (1) Parcel ID No.
