The Monroe County Reporter is looking for a detail-oriented and motivated professional assistant to join our team. This role will involve working on various tasks that support our mission of delivering independent journalism to the community.

Responsibilities:

Data entry and management
Cleaning up and organizing existing content
Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks

I’ve seen the bridge closures signs on SR209 (near Willie Mae’s Place) as well as on SR115 (near the 115 Gas Station and Effort Neola Rd) and reached out to PennDOT for further information to help keep us all informed.

New Probate Assistance Program

Monroe County Register of Wills & Recorder of Deeds Kate Best launched the new Probate Assistance Program in partnership with the Monroe County Bar Association. This program enables you to get your questions about opening a loved ones estate answered by volunteer attorneys at no cost. Learn more by calling 570.517.3347.

Veterans Appreciation and Informational Luncheon
