RE: Consideration of Discharge Ordinance Dear Chairwoman Gardsy and Members of the Board, I have been retained by Firearm Owners Against Crime - Institute for Legal, Legislative and Educational Action (FOAC-ILLEA) regarding your consideration of a recently proposed firearm discharge ordinance. As explained infra, the proposed ordinance is unlawful and its enactment constitutes a criminal offense.

It comes with heavy heart that racing at Glen Park will be coming to an end this year. The Pocono Bike Club will host the Mid Atlantic Super Series Glen Park enduro on Sunday October 20, 2024 . The Glen Park Enduro will treat racers to 5 stages of the Glen's best terrain. The club will once again be linking up the best trails for the race so expect a challenging course. Racers will use a single transfer stage and an aid station (sponsored by Stroudsburg's best, The Arlington Diner) will be located along the way.
