Here at Stroudsburg High School, this system plays a key role in shaping our school culture. But what exactly is SWPBIS Rewards, and how does it benefit students and staff? SWPBIS Program is a rewards system that promotes “school-wide positive behavioral interventions and supports” which encourages students to demonstrate positive school expectations. SWPBIS focuses on recognizing and reinforcing good behavior rather than punishing negative actions. This program was implemented district-wide, originally using paper tickets. Now the program has progressed to an online app version that makes it easier for students, teachers, and administration to manage.
