SWPBIS Program is a rewards system that promotes “school-wide positive behavioral interventions and supports” which encourages students to demonstrate positive school expectations. SWPBIS focuses on recognizing and reinforcing good behavior rather than punishing negative actions. This program was implemented district-wide, originally using paper tickets. Now the program has progressed to an online app version that makes it easier for students, teachers, and administration to manage.
