What the heck is Chair Zumba with Danny and why do so many people enjoy it?!…
The answer is simple – it’s FUN!
Zumba is a dance fitness program that involves dance and aerobic movements performed to energetic types of music. Chair Zumba is a modified version designed for those who are more comfortable working out in a seated position. It’s a little less intense, but you still get the same benefits of Zumba in a high-toned upper body workout while “dancing” in your seat. The design of the class uses easy to follow choreography that focuses on balance, range of motion and coordination while conditioning the cardiovascular and muscular systems.

Penn Estates Residents Speak Out Against Management
EAST STROUDSBURG BOROUGH, MONROE CO. (WOLF) —
In March FOX56 highlighted the stories of two Penn Estates residents who feel the administration takes advantage of residents and believes community manager, Phyllis Haase, is to blame.
Two months later -- more residents are coming forward.
“I feel that unless it takes control, I am going to put my house up for sale,” says MaryAnn Rodriguez.
MaryAnn Rodriguez has lived in the community for nearly a decade, most recently serving as Board President.
“In February, the then-President resigned, and I was elected President,” Rodriguez explained.
The position was short-lived, with Rodriguez resigning only two months into her term.
She alleges Haase is not running the community properly, including hosting meetings without notifying community members.

Dog attack concerns raised in Monroe County
BROADHEADSVILLE, MONROE COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU) — Residents in Monroe County are concerned for their safety after they say dangerous dogs have been terrorizing their community for years.
On Monday, local officials are stepping in to give residents a piece of mind.
The dogs' owners are now facing charges, including recklessly endangering another person and criminal mischief.
Police named two women in a recent report they believe are responsible for the dogs running wild.
Those dogs they believe have killed several animals, including one woman's beloved dog.
"I literally reached out to the governor's office yesterday because I know a couple months ago, he literally just passed a dangerous dog law," said Sun Valley resident Heather Delanoy.

Firsthand look at first responders in Monroe County
HAMILTON TOWNSHIP, MONROE COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU) — We rely on first responders to keep us safe, but many of us do not really understand the tools and techniques they use to do that.
A local 911 center aimed to change that. 28/22's Jason LiVecchi shows us how.
It's not every day you get to see emergency responders and their equipment, but that's what dozens of people got to experience Saturday afternoon for a public safety center open house in Monroe County.
"Public Safety Day is an opportunity for all of our first responders, as well as some of our other partners in response and recovery to come together and interact with the community to show our overall resilience within the community," said Monroe County Director of Emergency Management Mary Ellen Keegan.
