Attention Chestnuthill Township residents! 🚧(via Chestnuthill Supervisor Chuck Gould)Starting Friday, September 13, PennDOT will begin Stage 3 of the Merwinsburg Road Realignment Project on SR 115. Here’s what you need to know:Southbound traffic on SR 115 will be able to pass through the work zone. Northbound traffic will need to follow the Stage 3 detour plan, which you can view here: www.chestnuthilltwp-pa.gov/infrastructure-updates. I've also put stage 3's detour plan in the photos.This phase of the project will last approximately 2 to 3 months, according to PennDOT. Once completed, Stage 4 will begin, with northbound traffic allowed through the work zone and southbound traffic following a new detour. The Stage 4 detour plan is also available at the link above.

You’ll learn the simple process of borrowing and reading eBooks and digital audiobooks on your own devices. Ample time will be available for questions and hands-on assistance. This evening session is a unique opportunity, as most of our tech-focused library classes are typically only offered during the day. Take advantage of this evening -hours tutorial at the Hughes Library.

Description Just a reminder that bulk drop off for Coolbaugh Township Residents will be held Friday, October 4th and Saturday, October 5th, 2024 from 7:30am to 3:00pm (closed from 12-12:30pm) at the Recycling Center located at 549 Laurel Drive, Tobyhanna, PA. Residents are required to obtain a recycling card at the Municipal Center located at 5520 Municipal Drive, Tobyhanna, during normal business hours, Monday through Friday from 8:00am-4:30pm, closed on holidays. Proof of residency is required to obtain a recycling card and you are allowed one card per residence. All residents are required to unload their own items at the drop off center in designated areas.
