Pa. state Rep. Maureen Madden participated in a House Democratic Policy Committee hearing in Allentown to discuss the importance of career and technical education in Pennsylvania. Madden says college isn't for everyone and with a growing need for skilled laborers, CTE students can find good jobs with family-sustaining wages right out of school.
