Join us every Friday at 2:00 PM in the Community Room for Chair Cardio & Movement--a vibrant class that blends yoga, cardio, and Zumba into a dynamic workout experience. Open to anyone aged 14 and up, this popular session is part of our chair exercise series led by Luz.
Participation is free, and no registration is required--just walk in! Please come dressed in comfortable clothing, bring a water bottle to stay hydrated, and consider bringing your own yoga mat for added comfort. Note that the class is first-come, first-served with a maximum capacity of 50 participants. Although the class rarely reaches full capacity, it can be busy, so arriving early is recommended.
We welcome individuals of all abilities and skill levels, whether you're a beginner or more experienced. If you're feeling under the weather, please stay home and join us again when you're feeling better. Come end your week on a high note with this energizing and inclusive workout!
