ARRESTDetails MapOn April 25th, 2025, at 2259 hours an Officer with the Pocono Township Police Department was traveling southbound on SR611 in the area of Discovery DR when they observed a white Jeep Wrangler travel over the fog line multiple times.
The officer conducted a traffic stop and made contact with the operator who was identified as Angel Millan of Woodland Park, NJ.
During the investigation the Officer determined Millan to be unsafe to operate a motor vehicle due to being under the influence of alcohol and a controlled substance and he was subsequently arrested for listed charges.
