Sealed bids will be received by the Lehman Township Board of Supervisors of Pike County, PA, 2nd Class, at the Lehman Township Municipal Building, 193 Municipal Drive, Bushkill, PA 18324 until 2:30 p.m., on Thursday, May 8, 2025 for the following:
PAINTING OF HIGHWAY TRAFFIC LINES
1. 125,564 Lineal Feet 4 Double-Yellow Center Line
2. 114,089 Lineal Feet 4 Single-White Edge Line
3. 6,290 Lineal Feet 4 Single-Yellow Center Line
The amounts are an estimate.
All bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope and clearly marked Road Line Painting with Bid Letting Date of 05/08/2025.
The bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the total bid. The successful bidder will be required to submit a Performance Bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract amount within twenty (20) days from the date it is awarded.
The contractor shall comply with the specifications as provided in the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation Publication No. 408.
Bids will be opened and read approximately 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 8, 2025 at a regularly scheduled board meeting in the municipal building.
The Municipality reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Proposals must be upon the forms furnished by the Municipality.
