The borough of Stroudsburg has implemented a new Short-term Rental Ordinance and refined zoning regulations to prohibit short term rentals in residential districts (R-1, R-2 and R-3) and allow it in all other zoning districts. STROUD TOWNSHIP, MONROE COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU) — Pennsylvania State Police Stroudsburg say shots were fired in a road rage incident Saturday afternoon.
On Saturday shortly after 5:00 p.m., troopers say they were called to Interstate 80 Eastbound near mile marker 305.4 in Stroud Township for a road rage incident.
When responding to the scene, state police say it was reported two cars involved in the incident crashed with everyone staying on scene.
