Coolbaugh Township is a popular STR location as the township allows for short-term rentals in residential zoning areas with necessary permits and inspections. There are more than 800 Short-term Rental Licenses issued in the township. STR is not allowed in Commercial or Industrial zoned areas. Please be advised that the Coolbaugh Township Recycling Center located at 549 Laurel Drive will be closed on Saturday, August 10th and Sunday, August 11th in order to seal the parking lot. No person or vehicles will be permitted on the property. This includes anyone that is interested in picking up mulch or dropping off items to the bins on the property. The Recycling Center will reopen on Monday, August 12th at 7:30am.
