PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE Tobyhanna Township Zoning Hearing Board will conduct a public hearing at the Tobyhanna Township Municipal Building, 105 Government Center Way, Pocono Pines, PA 18350, on Wednesday, October 9, 2024 at 5:00 p.m. for the purpose of hearing the following: APPLICANTS Jay Finestone and Randy Jill Schwartz of 277 S. Third Street, Philadelphia, PA 19106. Applicants seek a dimensional variance of 7 ft. 11 and 1/4 in. from the minimum 40 ft. rear yard setback of the R-2 zoning district, Chapter 155 Attachment 5. Applicants propose to construct a 650 sq. ft. “L” shaped addition around the rear northeast corner of an existing single-family home.
