NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE Tobyhanna Township Zoning Hearing Board will conduct a public hearing at the Tobyhanna Township Municipal Building, 105 Government Center Way, Pocono Pines, PA 18350, on Wednesday, January 8th, 2025 at 5:00 p.m. for the purpose of hearing the following:
Appeal of Sanford Nager of 106 S Elliott place Brooklyn NY 11217. Mr. Nager appeals the zoning officer's October 11th 2024 enforcement notice alleging violations of chapter 155 zoning section 155-131-requirements of zoning permits and section 155-56 ( b ) Prohibiting an Airstream trailer, In the absence of a principal building and prohibiting the use of a travel trailer or other type of trailer for living quarters or any business conducted in connection with the vehicle On appellant's property at 699 Stony hollow Rd. Pocono lake PA. Subdivision parcel 6634, block 17, Pocono lake. The Property is zoned R1,identified as Monroe County tax parcel #19.8.1.16. and Parcel identification number (Pi n ) 1963 2400 1766 34.
