PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE Zoning Hearing Board of Stroud Township will conduct a Public Hearing at the Stroud Township Municipal Building, 1211 North Fifth Street, Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania, on Wednesday, January 8, 2025 at 6:30 pm to consider the following: ZHB #24-07 Applicant Valentin Zaimov of 5519 Concord Drive, Stroudsburg, PA 18360. Applicant seeks a variance from Ordinance §27-508(1)(B)(1)(d) prohibiting unattached accessory structures in front of a principal residential structure. Applicant proposes to construct an accessory structure with a 92 ft. front yard setback. The property is improved with a single-family dwelling and located in the S-1 zoning district. The property bears Monroe County PIN No. 17639000524408.
