This man is going up to doors, pulling to see if they’re open and looking in windows. Police have been notified. In the area of 209 and West Hills Drive at 6pm. Please be careful and make sure your doors and windows are locked. If mine were not locked he would have been in my living room.

Tobyhanna man charged with identity theft

EXETER — A man from Tobyhanna was charged with using another man’s identity to open a bank account and depositing a $194,730 check he then attempted to withdraw.

Nolan Hileam Emory, 34, opened a bank account at the M&T Bank branch in the Midway Shopping Center using another man’s name, date of birth and Social Security number, according to court records.
