PARADISE TOWNSHIP PUBLIC NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors of Paradise Township, Monroe County, Pennsylvania has prepared the proposed 2025 Township budget for adoption. The Pennsylvania Game Commission will be conducting a prescribed fire on the SGL (38) in (Monroe) County, today, (11/4/2024).

If you see smoke in the area, don't be alarmed. The Pennsylvania Game Commission will be conducting a prescribed fire. 

A prescribed fire, or prescribed burn, is an organized, coordinated effort that works to apply fire at the right place, at the right time, and at the right intensity to improve the health and resilience of forests, grasslands and shrublands.
