Fall Family Fun For A Great Cause
This weekend is the start of autumn. And a farm in Monroe County will have you falling for the season. Especially because the fun is all for a great cause tomorrow.
Cue the fall family fun, Klingel Farms has it all.
From pumpkin picking to pumkin launching, the family-owned and operated farm has been a Poconos staple since 1998. Located off of Old Route 115 in Saylorsburg, it’s sure to get you into the season.
And there’s no better way to say hello to fall than finding your way through a corn maze. The 11-acres stands ready to challenge your sense of direction with this year’s Mazezilla theme “Music To Our Ears.”

The everyday struggles of being a high school student
Your alarm clock buzzes, and you wake up from a sound sleep. You open your eyes; you’re immediately hit with a million different thoughts.
You must shower, get dressed, eat breakfast, brush your teeth, and be at school by 7:15 A.M. so you do not get marked late. There is barely time to breathe every morning as your day is immediately busy.
Welcome to being a high school student.
High schoolers are pushed and expected to complete an enormous amount of tasks in an impossible amount of time.
Showing up to class on time, getting good grades, dealing with the high expectations of teachers, navigating high school drama, doing your homework, and studying for tests are all only a few of the daily tasks of high schoolers.
There are clubs and activities after school. Students may also have jobs with long hours on top of all of that.

Disabled Veterans Fly Fishing Outing
Disabled veterans from our area got a chance to do some fly fishing today. It's something the nonprofit “Project Healing Waters” and the Stroudsburg Rotary have been doing for 7 years now... and as News 13's Ameenah Thompson tells us this year was no different.
"I'll do anything for a vet I mean those people sacrificed there lives so the three of us the four of us can stand here today and be free and enjoy life why wouldn't we do things for them" says Ray Starner.
Stacy Rodriguez says, "Stroudsburg's Rotary has prepared a barbecue slash picnic for the veterans the wounded veterans so we partnered up with project healing waters and they come out and they teach the veterans how to fly fish."
Stroudsburg rotary president Stacy Rodriguez tells us its rewarding knowing the veterans get so much out of this relaxing day.
