As the Township offers great incentives for businesses and developers with programs such as LERTA (Local Economic Revitalization Tax Assistance), Shop Local, a sewer discount program, etc., this Grant Program provides an opportunity for business tenants (with written permission from their property owners) and property owners alike to submit letters of interest/applications to the Revitalize 209 Committee for projects that will help improve their appearance along the Route 209 corridor.  Properties can apply for up to a $10,000 match from the Township and there is no minimum amount for a project.

After voting in support of this 2023-24 budget, Madden said it's now time to turn attention toward statute of limitations reform for victims and survivors of childhood sexual assault.
