ATTEMPT TO LOCATE- OLDER WARRANT

On 2/21/2022 at 7:48 p.m. the Stroud Area Regional Police Department was dispatched to a report of an unconscious male in a vehicle. Upon investigation it was found the John Alan Lee Campbell was semi-conscious in the driver seat of the vehicle and had a very strong odor of alcohol coming from him. He was asked to complete field sobriety testing which he was unable to do and was placed under arrest for suspicion of DUI. He has 3 prior convictions for DUI.
