A Snow Emergency has been declared for the East Stroudsburg Borough beginning Tuesday, February 13, 2024 at 3AM until Wednesday, February 14, 2024 at 8AM.
Waste Management has notified the Borough that they will be operating on a 2-hour delay (subject to change, based upon weather conditions).
Twin Borough Recycling Pick-Up will be operating on a delay (subject to change, based upon weather conditions)
