PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIV-EN that the Zoning Hearing Board of Smithfield Township has scheduled a Public Hearing at the Smithfield Township Municipal Building, 1155 Red Fox Road, East Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania 18301 on Tuesday, June 3, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. for consideration of the following, to wit: A hearing on the application of Northeast Pennsylvania SMSA Limited Partnership d/b/a Verizon Wireless for a variance from Section 27-512(4)(E)(3)(c)(1) of the Zo-ning Ordinance to permit the construction of a monopole to be set back less than 100% of its height from adjacent pro-perty lines (155 feet is re-quired; 57 feet from the wes-tern property line is pro-posed) on the property loca-ted at 2417 Gap View Drive, East Stroudsburg, PA 18301 (PIN 16732200017408). The property is owned by Penn Leaders, LLC and located in the R-1 (Low Density Residential) Zoning District. A copy of the application may be examined without charge or obtained for a charge not greater than the actual cost of reproduction thereof at the Smithfield Township Municipal Building, East Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania, during regular bu-siness hours.
