PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE Zoning Hearing Board of Stroud Township will conduct a Public Hearing at the Stroud Township Municipal Building, 1211 North Fifth Street, Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania, on Wednesday, May 7, 2025 at 6:30 pm to consider the following: ZHB #24-08 Applicant Andrea McLaren of 141 Devonshire Drive, Stroudsburg, PA 18360. Applicant seeks a special exception use approval to establish a dwelling unit in conjunction with a non-residential upper level use or as a tourist home/boarding home pursuant to Ordinance §27-502.C. The existing structure is located at 1519 North 9th Street, Stroud Township. The property received a prior occupancy permit in 2006 for use by Pocono Midwives & Associates. The property is zoned C-2 and is identified as Monroe County PIN 17639103101828. Any interested party may examine the plans and applications for these appeals during the hours of 8:30 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. at the Stroud Township Municipal Building on business days.
