POLK TOWNSHIP BOARD OF SUPERVISORS NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING APPLICATION FOR CONDITIONAL USE APPROVAL OF MICHAEL VANHORN The Polk Township Board of Supervisors shall hold a Public Hearing on April 28, 2025, at 5:30 p.m. at the Polk Township Municipal Building located at 165 Polk Township Road, Kresgeville, Pennsylvania, 18333, for the purpose of considering an application of Michael VanHorn for Conditional Use Approval to locate a kennel at property located at 710 Interchange Road, Kresgeville, Pa., 18333. The property is located in a Commercial Zone and consists of 39.73 acres. The property bears tax map number 13.7.1.27. The property was previously utilized for a golf driving range/miniature golf course. Any interested party is invited to attend. A copy of the application is available for inspection at the Township office during regular business hours.
