Bids will be publicly opened electronically, immediately thereafter, with the results made available immediately on PennBid. A non-mandatory PreBid Conference will be held on Thursday, May 1, 2025, at 1:00 PM at the Wellness Building at Pocono Mountain West High School, 265 Panther Lane, Pocono Summit, PA 18346. Attendance is strongly advised. The full Advertisement for Bids, bidding instructions, and Project bid documents will be available Monday, April 28, 2025 at no cost via PennBid (https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com). In addition, the full Advertisement for Bids is available at the PMSD website https://www.pmsd.org/Page/509.
