INVITATION TO BID Pocono Mountain School District hereby invites the electronic submission of sealed bids for the Electrical Contract for New Scoreboards Project via the PennBid Program no later than Thursday, March 20, 2025, at 2:00pm. Bids will be publicly opened electronically, immediately thereafter, with the results made available immediately on PennBid. A non-mandatory PreBid Conference will be held on Thursday, March 6, 2025, at 1:00 PM at the Pocono Mountain School District Administration Office, 135 Pocono Mountain School Rd., Swiftwater, PA 18370. Attendance is strongly advised. The full Advertisement for Bids, bidding instructions, and Project bid documents will be available Monday, March 3, 2025 at no cost via PennBid (https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com). In addition, the full Advertisement for Bids is available at the PMSD website https://www.pmsd.org/Page/509. The undersigned reserves the right to waive informalities or defects in a bid to the extent permitted under Pennsylvania Law and to reject any or all bids or parts thereof.
