Notice of Intent to Remediate Pursuant to the Land Recycling and Environmental Remediation Standards Act, the act of May 19, 1995, P.L. 4, No. 1995-2, notice is hereby given that EnviroSure Inc. has submitted to the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection a Notice of Intent to Remediate for a Site located at 235 Pokona Avenue, Stroud Township, Monroe County, Pennsylvania. This Notice of Intent to Remediate states that the Site is a residential property. The Site has been found to be impacted with Fuel Oil No. 2. Soil quality has exhibited petroleum hydrocarbon constituents above the PADEP residential standards. The site will be addressed per the PADEP Statewide Health Standards for the soils and groundwater. The proposed future use of the property will continue to be residential. February 5 2025 LSOM0233353
