Milford Borough Council Public Hearing on Streets and Sidewalks Ordinance Amendment

Notice is hereby given that the Milford Borough Council will conduct a Public Hearing, and thereafter may vote upon and potentially enact an amendment to Chapter 260 of the Milford Borough Code, to be codified at Section 260-6.1, relating to the interpretation of the Streets and Sidewalks Ordinance. If passed, the Ordinance amendment would make explicit that compliance with the Streets and Sidewalks Ordinance does not exclude a landowner from compliance with the Milford Borough Zoning Ordinance or Historic District Ordinance. The proposed amendment is available for inspection at the Milford Borough Office, 500 Broad Street, Milford during regular business hours. The Hearing shall take place on April 21, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. at the Milford Borough Hall, 109 Catharine Street, Milford, Pennsylvania. Joseph Dooley, Council President Jason R.
