STROUDSBURG, MONROE COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU) — Police are searching for a woman allegedly involved in a bank fraud scheme.
The Stroud Area Regional Police Department is investigating a crime on June 27 at the First Keystone Community Bank on Main Street in Stroudsburg.

Police say a woman tried to deposit a "high-dollar" fraudulent check using a false identification card.
Anyone with information is asked to submit a tip on the Stroud Area Regional Police website.
