EYEWITNESS NEWS (WBRE/WYOU) — The Monroe County District Attorney has announced that former Police Chief Todd Alan Graeff of Manor Township, in Lancaster County, has been found guilty of an incident that occurred at a resort in the Poconos.

According to D.A. Mike Mancuso, the incident occurred in July of 2022 at Kalahari Resort where Graeff was attending a police chief conference and the victim stated he inappropriately touched her on the water slide.

Officials say after the incident, Graeff was recorded apologizing to the victim. During the trial, the jury rejected Graeff's testimony claiming that the incident was accidental.

The victim says after the incident, Graeff asked to "keep it on the down low" and that he knew he "crossed the line," as stated in the release.

D.A. Mancuso said Graeff was found guilty of indecent assault and his employment has been terminated.
