On June 15th, 2024 at approximately 6:50 P.M., officers of the Pocono Township Police Department were dispatched to the Abercrombie & Fitch store in the Crossings for a retail theft. The theft occurred on June 9th 2024, and totaled over $5,000 dollars. The subsequent investigation identified the suspect as Wilvi Sanchez of Paterson New Jersey.

Sanchez was then charged with retail theft and receiving stolen property.
