ATTEMPT TO LOCATE- OLDER WARRANT
On 5/31/2022 at 10:09 a.m. Stroud Area Regional Police were contacted by Penske Trucking located at the Home Depot in Stroud Township in reference to a truck that was rented and not returned on time. It was reported that Cody Gramstad rented a GMC 16-foot box truck with Indiana registration 3126711 and failed to return it. A letter from Penske Trucking was mailed to Gramstad in an attempt to have the truck returned. The officer spoke with Gramstad several times who related that he was on his way to return the truck. The truck was never returned and eventually recovered by Allentown Police Department.
Charges were filed and a Felony warrant was issued. On 8/4/22, Gramstad was arrested by PSP on the warrant, arraigned and released on $25,000 unsecured bail. Gramstad failed to appear for his court hearing and a bench warrant was issued for Cody Gramstad.
